Job Summary:

This position will support the daily analytical work for Forecasting and Planning team. The analyst needs to be highly analytical to provide insights for strategic decision-making; be responsible for compiling regular reports for leaders at different management levels with high precision and attention to detail; enhance the existing data structure and provide technical expertise in forecasting methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Provides forward looking insight in visitation trend for relevant partners to make business decision.

  • Forecasts business performance and industry trends to facilitate financial and operational planning processes.

  • Compiles regular reporting for senior management to keep track of business performance.

  • Enhances the existing data flow and structure with programming skills.

  • Provides technical expertise in the forecasting methodology/modeling and evolve the forecasting science to revenue planning.

  • Perform ad hoc projects such as incremental analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.           

  • At least 4 years of experience in statistical analysis, candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Analyst.

  • Statistics experience and proven capability in identifying issues and proposing practical business analysis and solutions.

  • Solid business acumen, with strong analytical skills. Demonstrated good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Database management tools, e.g., Python, R, Snowflake, PowerBI, Microsoft Access and SAS.

  • Ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization.

  • Excellent partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills

  • Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • MNC experience is preferred.
