Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platforms in Indonesia. It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Star and more. It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.

The primary purpose of the Brand & Content Marketing Intern role is to support Brand and Content marketing campaigns for Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia (ID). The intern will assist to coordinate asset creation, work with agencies to manage assets for campaign roll out, provide strategic support on campaign such as developing brief, gather insights related to the campaign, conduct content performance analysis. This role requires a strong grasp of digital advertisement and the candidate should be knowledgeable in industry trends and the latest digital innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to develop campaign brief
  • Work with the creative agency to streamlining brief and timeline of creative asset delivery
  • Assist creative teams and agencies in developing digital creative ads to driving result (First Stream and Engagement)
  • Manage Brand and Content marketing asset production and management
  • Liaise with internal team for asset sourcing and content approvals

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Candidates should be fluent in English and be a fan of movies and series entertainment
  • Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
  • Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Good communications skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Results-oriented
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides
